Roasted Bananas - preheat oven, poke holes in rinsed overripe bananas. Tried 300F - too too long. Try 350F for 30 min.

White Jasmine Rice - 1.5 cups water, 1 cup rice, 0.5 tsp salt. Cook for 18 min, let sit for 5 min, fluff.

Baked Chicken - preheat to 450F, pound till 3/8" thick, coat with olive oil and bake with rosemary & thyme sprigs for 15 or until internal temp reached 165F. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before cutting.

Buckwheat - toast in skillet for 5 min or so. Cook 1 cup buckwheat to 1 3/4 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt for 16 min. Let sit.

Chinese flatbread - sort of like naan
    2 cups high gluten flour, 1/4 tsp yeast, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp sugar, pinch salt, 1 cup water
    Mix dry ingredients, add water slowly. Knead until smooth - 5 min. 
    Cover and let rest 20 min. Knead again and let rest 10 more min.
    Divide into 4 pieces. Roll out to 5 or six inch rounds. maybe thinner helps puffyness.
    Preheat cast iron skillet 3 min.
    Turn heat to low, cover and cook flatbread until brown spots appear. Cook a little longer.

Papadum - Air Fry @ 360 for 30-45 seconds

Dijon salad dressing
    1 Tbs Dijon mustard
    1.5 Tbs red wine vinegar
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 crushed garlic clove
    salt & pepper
 
Air Fry Sweet Potatoes @390 for 23 min

Falafel - use medium scoop to make 12 balls. Fry in small cast iron pan.
